The Strategic Planning Advisory Group at Horsham District Council met on Tuesday 24 November 2009 and advised that due to the level of submissions received, particularly in relation to the Potential Strategic Development Sites at Billingshurst and Adversane, the timescale of the Core Strategy Review was in the process of being reviewed.

The next meeting of the Strategic Planning Advisory Group is scheduled to take place on Tues 26 Jan 2010.

A2Dominion New Homes have acquired an interest in some land and will be holding a public exhibition to enable interested residents to view draft proposals prior to a planning application being made. It would appear that this land comprises of the fields adjacent to Gillmans Industria Estate, Natts Lane and bordering Marringdean Road.

The exhibition is scheduled to take place on Wed 20 Jan 2010
4 - 8pm, at St Mary's Rooms, East Street, Billingshurst
